UTICA – Taking the pain out of the workplace – Utica’s Pitcher Street Post Office is honored for its employee safety record. The Pitcher Street Post Office is part of OSHA’s Voluntary Protection Program, and Wednesday was recognized for the second time in two years. OSHA officials handed over a plaque commemorating the post office’s commitment to safety.
