In brief: White powder that closed post office was harmless

A suspicious white powder that prompted the closing of the U.S. Post Office in Wappingers Falls on Saturday has been found to be harmless. State police responded to the U.S. Post Office at 71 E. Main Street about 6:30 a.m.
