Ironton Post Office employees arraigned

Two postal employees were arraigned in separated cases Wednesday in Lawrence County Common Pleas Court. Forest Halterman Jr., 40, of 2528 S. 12th St., Ironton, who was employed as a temporary letter carrier, was arraigned on a fourth-degree count of theft of drugs and a misdemeanor count of theft.
