DHL to outsource some U.S. operations to its rival UPS (International Herald Tribune)

DHL will seek to end years of losses at its struggling U.S. express delivery business by cutting at least 1,500 jobs in North America and outsourcing some flight operations to its rival UPS, the companies said Wednesday.
