Post Office will be open Christmas Eve, other federal employees given day off by President's executive order

President Obama's executive order giving federal employees Christmas Eve off does not extend to United States Postal Service employees. Monica Robbs, spokesoman for the service in North Carolina, said postal employees will work their scheduled shifts.
