Certain Md. residents hit by Sandy eligible for food stamps

The assistance for residents of Somerset County was announced today by Gov. Martin O'Malley and Sens. Barbara Mikulski and Ben Cardin. President Barack Obama this month designated the county as a major disaster area eligible for assistance.
