The U.S. Postal Service is set to open their new downtown post office at 823 Congress on Wednesday. Itâs moved from the old location at 5th and Guadalupe, part of a cost-cutting consolidation effort for the cash strapped agency. One complaint with the new facility has been the concern over a lack of free, available parking during business hours in that area. …
