Netflix Improperly Favored by Post Office, Court Says

Netflix Inc. (NFLX) , the largest U.S. mail- order movie-rental service, received special treatment from the U.S. Postal Service, which improperly discriminated against other mail-order companies, a federal appeals court ruled.
