Stamps Mark Kim Jong Il's Birth Anniversary

Pyongyang, February 7 (KCNA) — The State Stamp Bureau of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea issued new stamps (two sheets and individuals) to celebrate the Day of the Shining Star (Feb. 16), the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il.
