Information comes area law-enforcement agencies. ARREST Dharmesh V. Patel, 34, of 1110 Woodland Ave. NW, was arrested Tuesday in Bedford Heights by Stark County sheriff’s deputies on a warrant charging him with illegal use of food stamps.
