Dowtown post office open, but no cash, stamps until locksmith cracks vault

Work began this morning to open a Downtown Amarillo Post Office vault. The clammed-up vault caused the U.S. Postal Service to close up its retail shop Tuesday at the post office at 505 S.E. Ninth Ave.
