Crooks are using new tricks to steal valuable merchandise from eBay sellers. Dick Eppstein, President of the Better Business Bureau of Northwest Ohio stopped by WTOL 11 News at Noon on Tuesday with some tips to avoid becoming a victim of this type of scam.
