Death penalty defendant in Henning Post Office killings due in court Tuesday

Chastain Montgomery is due back in court Tuesday for a pretrial hearing in the Henning Post Office murders, as prosecutors continue their attempts to secure a federal death sentence — something done just once in Tennessee during the past 25 years.
