U.K.’s Royal Mail Valued at $5.3 Billion Ahead of IPO

Royal Mail Group Ltd., the 360- year-old U.K. postal service, will be valued at as much as 3.3 billion pounds ($5.3 billion) when it sells shares to the public next month, the British government said today.
