Hearing delayed for Lansdale man accused of beating up girlfriend in post office parking lot

A preliminary hearing for Lansdale resident Richard Hood — who stands accused of beating up his girlfriend in a post office parking lot in August — was continued Oct. 24 after neither the man’s attorney nor the victim, who was subpoenaed to testify in the case, showed up to district court for the proceedings.
