US Postal Service Harry Potter stamps delight fans, anger philatelists

November 20, 2013 7:17 AM WASHINGTON (AFP) – The loss-making US Postal Service (USPS) introduced Harry Potter stamps Tuesday, delighting fans of the fictional boy wizard but angering some philatelists who complain he's not American.
