Ventura County Star An Oxnard man pleaded guilty this week to grand theft and felony trafficking of food stamps, prosecutors said Thursday. Eric Gabriel Suarez, 29, was arrested in a crackdown on store owners who illegally pay cash to food stamp recipients, prosecutors said. |
