Loveland Chamber, Post Office celebrates kickoff of Loveland remailing program Tuesday

Loveland postmaster Cindy Kinney started getting valentines to stamp, cancel and send through the nation's largest re-mailing program on Dec. 12 — though it wouldn't be nearly two months for the stamping to begin.
