Legislation is being presented in Congress to name the U.S. Post Office in Alden for Army Sgt. Brett Gornewicz, an Alden man who was killed while serving in Afghanistan in 2012. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand and Rep. Chris Collins are sponsoring the legislation.
