Vote symbolic as airport authority owns land the shipping giant wants for new facility. In a largely symbolic gesture, the Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority's board of governors unanimously supported a plan to bring a sprawling FedEx Ground facility to surplus land it's trying to unload.
