Civil Rights Activist's Life is Celebrated

Lynchburg, VA – There were no tears were seen at Providence Place Church on Sunday. Only clapping, singing, and remembering a life well lived; the life of Civil Rights Activist, Garnell Stamps. Stamps passed away at Bedford Memorial Hospital on Friday.
