HIGH RIDGE — The Northwest Branch of the Jefferson County Library will host a program about eBay at 6 p.m. Wednesday. The library is at 5680 State Road PP in High Ridge. Vicky Gorley from the U.S. Postal Service will discuss safe ways to use eBay.
