Patna, May 29 (ANI): Department of Posts issued special stamps on Prime Minister Narendra Modi made by a philatelist in Bihar. The stamps and a special cover conceptualised by philatelist Pradeep Jain depicted Modi in four different poses and the special cover showed him emerging from a lotus.
