FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (AP) — Andy Jackson dispenses scoops of chocolate, vanilla and butter pecan ice cream along with stamps and mailing envelopes. The sign outside the store on Cedar Creek Road sums up the business nicely: "U.S. Post Office Hand-Made Ice Cream."
