USPS spends $200K but new post office yet to open

(AP) — The U.S. Postal Service has spent nearly $200,000 in rent on a post office in northeastern Pennsylvania that's yet to open, more than six years after the agency signed a lease. The Times-Tribune of Scranton (http://bit.ly/1pV8VlZ ) reports that drainage and access issues have helped delay the opening of the Chinchilla Post Office.
