eBay Inc. Prices $3.5 Billion Senior Unsecured Notes Offering

eBay Inc. today announced the pricing of a $3.5 billion underwritten public offering of its senior unsecured notes, consisting of $450 million of Floating Rate Notes due 2017 , $400 million of Floating Rate Notes due 2019 , $1.15 billion of 2.200% Notes due 2019 , $750 million of 2.875% Notes due 2021 and $750 million of 3.450% Notes due 2024 .
