Daily Post North Wales A woman has slammed an eBay bidder for refusing to pay £171,100 for a dress she made from 20,000 loom bands. Kathryn Burnand, 50, who suffers with arthritis, spent a painstaking 45 hours making the dress and her friend Helen Wright put it on eBay. |
