Fears over future of Five Roads Post Office as couple retire after 27 years

THE owners of a village post office have stamped their last letter after 27 years. It comes as fears have been raised over the future of the service. Roger and Yvonne Rootes, who have been running the Five Roads Post Office since 1987, decided to call it a day this week marking the end of an era.
