A soon-to-be built, three-story development on Forest Street might have the New Canaan, Conn., post office as one of its tenants, First Selectman Robert Mallozzi said Thursday, Aug. 21, 2014. The post office has been operating under a temporary lease at 90 Main St. since January, when it left its decades-old location on Pine Street.
