CCTVs to monitor affixing of stamps on cigarette packs

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) will install close circuit televisions in all cigarette (CCTV) factories and warehouses of importers to monitor the affixing of revenue stamps. It will also impose stiff penalties against cigarette manufacturers and importers who do not affix stamps or use counterfeit ones on cigarette packs.
