U.S. Army Spc. Ryan Jayne's stepfather, Kent Skeens, says he's spent the last two years working to make sure his son's legacy is remembered.A big step in that direction was taken Wednesday when the U.S. Post Office on Baker Street in Corning was dedicated in Jayne's memory.
