Postage mix-up keeps mailed Harris County ballots at post office for days
KTRK-TV Eyewitness News learned the county clerk's office has an account with the Post Master, so any shortage should be billed to his office. Post office workers said they knew nothing about an account. They were ready to send the ballots back to the voters. |
