Ashuelot Post Office to open in November

WINCHESTER, N.H. — The Ashuelot Post Office, damaged when a speeding motorist slammed into it four months ago, is expected to reopen in mid to late November, according to a spokeswoman for the U.S. Postal Service's Northeast area.
