Infant abandoned at Houston post office

Child Protective Services has issued an urgent plea to the public after a newborn boy was abandoned in the lobby of a southwest Houston post office. He was in wearing a white long sleeve onesie and a Pampers brand diaper with the name "Jesse" written in marker on it.
