BIR extends cigarette stamping deadline

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has extended anew the deadline for local cigarette manufacturers to affix tax stamps on the packages of its products.In signing Revenue Regulations No. 9-2014 the other day, BIR Commissioner Kim S.
