New stamps needed for January elk season
Casper Star-Tribune Online Hunters with 2014 big game licenses that extend into January are reminded that even though they may have a 2014 limited quota license, conservation stamps still expire Dec. 31. Anyone hunting in January will need a 2015 conservation stamp. |
