Ill. flood victims eligible for food stamps (KHQA Quincy)

Wednesday, July 09, 2008 at 8:48 a.m. CHICAGO (AP) — Illinois residents who live in any of the 18 counties declared federal disaster areas after June’s floods may be eligible for a special Disaster Food Stamp Program.
