Rapid City Journal MITCHELL, S.D. (AP) — A South Dakota woman accused of selling a nonexistent vehicle on eBay has been charged with grand theft. The Daily Republic reports 26-year-old Christina Engelmann was arrested earlier this month on the felony charge. |
