New Civil War stamps dedicated during event in Galena
Dubuque Telegraph Herald GALENA, Ill. — More than 90 people, including a Minnesota couple, attended a ceremony today that put Galena's stamp on history. There was a special dedication for two Civil War 1865 Forever stamps during an event at Galena & U.S. Grant Museum. |
