For 12 years, Monday through Friday, Michelle has gone to work at CrossMedia, a Westport-based ad agency. She makes clients feel comfortable and stalls the FedEx man while employees scramble to prepare last-minute packages. She has even modeled for one of the company’s promotional campaigns.
