A POPULAR Post Office branch in Rutherglen is set for closure as part of the ongoing restructuring of postal services in the UK. The Mill Street branch, actually on Wallace Street, is one of 44 branches across Lanarkshire, Ayrshire, Inverclyde and Renfrewshire that have been put forward for closure.
