Chandigarh Tribune At 58, Pankaj Puri and Himat Singh became friends due to their similar passion of collecting stamps and old coins. Both are in the city to take part in PUNPEX-2016, a four-day state-level philatelic exhibition, at DAV College in Sector 10 here today. |
