More New Yorkers are Turning to Food Stamps to Get By (WTEN Albany)

Hard economic times, job loss and rising fuel costs are boosting the number of New Yorkers receiving food stamps. Records and interviews show that 1.8 million now get help from food stamps to pay for basic groceries.
