Astoria Not Ready For FedEx Depot (Queens Tribune)

A Queens community is up in arms after hearing FedEx could become its newest neighbor. Con Edison currently is in negotiations with developer Steel Equities to sell 1 million square feet of its property in Astoria, which would be leased to the national delivery service.
