KCCI Des Moines On Monday President Barack Obama signed legislation that will name the office on 6th Avenue Southeast the Sergeant First Class Terryl L. Pasker Post Office Building. Pasker was killed in 2011 while serving with the Iowa National Guard in Afghanistan.
