1500 absentee ballot requests found in RI post office
Quad-Cities Online 27, 2016, at the Rock Island County Clerk's office in Rock Island. This week Ms. Kinney discovered more than 1,500 absentee ballot requests submitted through a third party were left in a Rock Island post office box. Those requests are now being processed. |
