With post offices in disarray, many return frustrated without money
Times of India Pune: Serpentine queues, huge rush and chaos reigned at the 113 post offices in the city till late on Thursday afternoon. People who stood in line for hours to exchange Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes were turned away due to unavailability of cash. |
