Solon man pleads guilty to food stamps charge

A Solon man changed his plea to guilty March 21 in a case involving charges of attempted trafficking in or illegal use of food stamps. Marc Wittenberg, 50, pleaded not guilty when he was indicted in September 2016 in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.
