Former Royal Mail delivery office could be replaced with DIY stores including Wickes and a Greggs sandwich shop

The application includes demolishing two vacant houses and four commercial units on the site. One of those was the Egham and Staines Royal Mail delivery in Runnymede House, that left in February this year after the lease expired and was not extended.
