Tiffany appeals decision absolving eBay from policing site for counterfeit items (Canadian Business)

Rachel Metz, The Associated Press August 11, 2008 – 2:58 p.m. NEW YORK – Tiffany & Co. challenged Monday a federal ruling that largely absolved eBay Inc. of policing its auction site for counterfeit items, saying the judge was wrong to leave the primary burden to the jewelry maker.
